Dr. Balaji Bhosle
Director and Founder
Balaji Bhosle holds doctorate in Earth Sciences with specialization in Sedimentology and Petrology. He started his career as Core Analyst/Sedimentologist with ACS Laboratories. Balaji was instrumental in setting up the Core analysis laboratory in Ahmedabad, a subsidiary of ACS Labs Australia. During his tenure at Ahmedabad, Balaji worked in almost all the major basins of India with focus on the KG Offshore, Cambay Basin and Barmer onshore basin.
He joined Weatherford Labs in Australia (Brisbane) as a Sedimentology-Petrology Technical Leader. He was given charge of Geochemistry Lab apart from Sedimentology and Petrology. He worked on almost all the major basins of Australia and Thailand (both onshore and offshore Thai basins and Malay basin) during his tenure till 2016 with Weatherford. He moved back to India in 2016 and established Advanced Geological Consultancy Services working as a Head of Geological Studies and Director. He is working on various projects of Thailand basins and Indian basins. He was active committee member of Geological society of Australia, AAPG, SPE, IAS and PSI. Balaji has published research papers in peer reviewed journals and SPE conferences. He is an active reviewer of research articles of many peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Chirnajib Patra

Chiranjib is a data analysts having PhD from Jadavpur University, India and Post Doctorate from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University, Romania. He is currently based in Romania. He has a strong academic background and vast experience in the field of data analytics, sensor networks, Ad hoc networks, machine learning and image data analysis. Besides publications he has been working in the field of data analytics and sensor networks for about a decade of experience serving medical industry, paper industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, cement industry and many more.
A highly motivated Petrologist with more than 20 years of experience on the application of organic and inorganic petrology. I am working on various Australian sedimentary basins such as Bowen, Eromanga, Cooper, McArthur, Galilee, Surat, Arckaringa, Perth, Stansbury and Sydney basins for oil and gas exploration; from Proterozoic to Tertiary in age in major oil and gas exploration companies for source rock evaluation and thermal maturation studies. Also, I have analyzed samples from coal bed methane exploration and unconventional plays from sedimentary basins in India, Indonesia, China, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Philippines, Malaysia and USA.
Experience in petrological analysis including grain counting, thin section descriptions reservoir diagenetic history and reservoir quality interpretations. Work done for petrography in Gulf of Thailand and some Indian Basins. I also have done work on petrology of aggregates and sandstone providing petrological services for quarry operators and soil testing services.

Dr Acharya is Geologist and an expert in Mineral exploration and exploitation and has been actively working in Central, Easter and southern parts of Africa and South America. He has expertise in Gold, Coltan, Tin, Copper , Cobalt, Lithium and Gemstone. He has acumen to establish business from grassroot level in different continents.
Dr. Acharya holds a PhD in Earth Sciences with a fabulous academic track record with Gold Medal in Masters. He earned M.Phil in degree Geology and Management (MBA) degree from Indian Institute of Commerce and Trade. He is an active researcher publishing academic research papers in peer reviewed journals and national/international conferences.
